Whether you’re visiting us for the first time or returning for ongoing care, we’re here to make your experience as comfortable and stress-free as possible. Find everything you need to prepare for your appointment, complete your paperwork, and know what to expect before your visit.
From the moment you arrive, our team is here to help you feel informed, comfortable, and supported. Here’s what you can expect during your first visit.
Arrive about 15 minutes early with your photo ID, insurance card, and any requested paperwork so we can make check-in quick and easy.
Bring your completed new patient forms, a list of current medications, and any questions you’d like to discuss with your care team.
If you have previous imaging, pathology reports, laboratory results, or referral records, please bring copies if they haven’t already been sent to our office.
You’ll meet with one of our experienced providers who will review your diagnosis, answer your questions, and discuss the next steps in your care.
Before you leave, you’ll have a personalized care plan tailored to your unique needs, along with answers to your questions and a clear understanding of your next steps—knowing our team will be with you every step of the way.
During your first appointment, we’ll review your medical history, current medications, allergies, and any previous test results. Our team takes the time to answer your questions, discuss your treatment plan, and ensure you feel informed and supported before beginning care.
Complete your new patient forms before your appointment so you can spend more time focused on your care—not paperwork.
Our Financial Assistance Coordinator at Lindenberg Cancer & Hematology Center works closely with patients and their families to help ease the financial burden that can come with cancer treatment. We research, apply for and help secure available grants, copay assistance, manufacturer programs, and other funding opportunities while helping patients navigate the application and reimbursement process from beginning to end.
With a patient-first approach, our coordinator is your dedicated point of contact for financial assistance—answering questions, exploring available resources, and advocating for patients whenever treatment costs become a concern. Our goal is to make the financial side of cancer care a little less overwhelming and ensure that every available avenue for assistance is explored.
Please contact our Financial Assistance Coordinator to discuss your needs and explore available resources.
